Gates and stuff
Travelled up to Mansfield for the day on saturday for some gate practice. They have a pro gate with random chip and a good crowd turned up to practice in the head winds! I was snapping pretty good so I'm happy about that going into the race next week. The track was almost bone dry even after all the rain the night before, impressive. DC, Rebecca and I headed over to Chezzy for an hours session before dark, always fun to ride there.
Sunday I headed to the trails, thought about trying out the digging we've been doing but it's a bit scary. The lines basically the same but bigger with the same size tight bowls... but you gotta hit it faster now. I turned my attention to adjusting a landing on the back line and then testing it out, while I was doing that turned round to see Scoob having a go at the other line...it looked as scary as I thought! Should be alright when it hardens up.
