Rain

What crappy weather. Lots of sprints in the rain this week. Scoob and me took the opportunity to buff up the second set on the trails while it was damp making the take off and landing nice and steep. It's pretty amazing how dry it is over there, a little bit of work to clear the water and I got to test it out on sunday, you can boost it good and proper now (see left!)

With all the rain, I was conviced to ride a skatepark for the first time in years on monday night. I met the Harcore Hobbies crew over at 'The Shed' in King's Lynn and felt like a fish out of water. It was cool to watch the skills of the guys who ride park a fair bit and jonny shredding up the place pulling out some rad transfers and big 360's over the box. I got into it a bit later on, but pretty much stuck to the jump box, it was cool though you could go reet high and i managed to pull out a couple of tire grabbers! I was just pleased to be riding my bike in the warm and dry.

Also in case you haven't heard, another round of the winter XC series took place at thetford again last sunday. Norwich Flyers were represented by our very own XC jeyboy Tim Gregory, in lycra and everything. And in case you haven't heard, he beat Ross Tricker. Tim's gonna shave his legs for the next round, that should knock another 5 mins off his time. Go Tim!
